We don’t think it is right that gluten-intolerant people such as coeliacs should have to suffer in silence as the rest of the world enjoys pizza.
After a full year’s research, much experimenting, not a little bit of heartbreak and much toil we launched our gluten free bases in March of 2014 and have been working non-stop ever since to make sure they are the best on the market.
We combine Doves Farm Gluten Free Bread Flour with their Brown Rice Flour as well as some Gram (chickpea) Flour in our mix along with xanthan gum, guar gum, extra virgin olive oil, salt and preservative.
We like to think we’ve done a pretty good job but we are always trying to improve our product so we welcome any feedback, suggestions or advice you have.
